Rajasthan is the largest state in India located in the north-western part of the country. It is one of those states that attracts millions of tourists all across the year. Rajasthan or the land of kings/royalty is renowned for its bright and vibrant colors, magnificent forts and palaces, beautiful lakes and many such things. Rajasthan boasts of a rich culture and heritage as the history of these forts and palaces goes to many years. The majestic towers, forts and palaces have mainly been built in Rajput style of architecture but there are also many that have been built following the Delhi sultanate or Mughal style and there are also a few that are a blend of both these styles. The palaces are forts are decorated with unique miniature paintings and frescoes, glasses and many such things that are hundreds of years old.

Your Rajasthan with Desert Safari Tour starts from Delhi, which again is an old city and attracts a lot for its tourists from all across the country and the world as well and then we proceed to Jaipur, the pink city and start our Rajasthan trip that mainly compromises of forts and palaces.

Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi

Our representative meets you in the airport and you are transferred to the hotel. Delicious dinner is served and you rest for the night in the hotel.

Day 2 : Delhi tour

As mentioned above, there is a lot to explore in Delhi as well and coming to Delhi and not exploring this city is just not worth it. Delhi was the capital of India during the Mughal Era and hence, you will come across many monuments and pillars that were built during that time. Old Delhi is characterized by monuments and buildings that have been built many years ago and some of them include visit Qutab Minar, India Gate and the President’s Palace. Humanyun’s tomb is another place that we take you to. Parliament House, the Vice Regal Palace and the War Memorial Arch are some of the other places that you visit. You also visit Jama Masjid and Raj Ghat (place where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated). Shantivan, Laxmi Narayan Temple, National Musuem, Lotus Temple and the magnificent Red Fort are some of the other things that you get to see. Red Fort is a beauty and there is a lot to explore here.


Day 3 : Delhi / Jaipur

Early in the morning we start off for journey to the pink city or Jaipur by car and it takes about 6 hrs from Delhi to reach Jaipur which is 260 km away. On the way we visit the Neemrana Fort Palace. After reaching Jaipur, we check-in at the hotel and freshen up before we begin our tour of the pink city. We spend the afternoon visiting the Hawa Mahal (this has 953 pink sandstone windows and was built in honor of queens and princess who could see the procession on the road from the palace itself without being seen themselves), City Palace and the Museum and the Jantar Mantar. We stay overnight at the hotel where sumptuous dinner is served.

Day 4 : Jaipur - Sariska

We visit the Amber Fort in the morning that is located about 11 km from the city and is one of the most beautiful ones in the state, set against the back drop of rugged hills. This fort is a classic example of both Mughal and Rajput architecture and you will really enjoy exploring this place along with the elephant ride to reach the top of the floor and see the picturesque surroundings. The architecture is one of its kinds with beautiful paintings and mirrors decorating the walls. Then post lunch we drive off to Manadawa which is 166 km away and reach their by the evening. Check-in at the hotel and stay there for the night.

Day 5 : Mandawa

We start the day by seeing the amazing view of the sunrise from the Desert Resort and then from there, we visit the many beautiful Havelis that are here in this city. We also visit the bazaars and temples of this place. We return to the hotel and stay there for the night.

Day 6 : Mandawa / Bikaner

We start off for Bikaner early in the morning and reach the city that is 190 km away around 4 hours later. The ride to Bikaner which is a fortified city is breathtaking as you will see beautiful sand dunes playing around. Enjoy camel safari here and this is something that you should not miss here in this state as your Rajasthan trip would be incomplete without it. Moreover, Bikaner is the home to the largest camel research and breeding firm in the world. There are also few museums and after complete the tour of this city, we stay at the Lallgarh palace which is a heritage hotel and is yet another experience that you would never forget.

Day 7 : Bikaner / Jaisalmer

We start off for Jaisalmer early in the morning and reach the city after 7 hours of drive. On the way, we visit the Pokhran Fort. Check-in at the hotel and stay there for the night.

Day 8 : Jaisalmer / Khuri / Jaisalmer

Khuri is an oasis village where you will get to see many sand dunes. We also enjoy camel safari here and stay for the night at the Narain Niwas Palace.

Day 9 : Jaisalmer

We start our Jaisalmer trip by visiting the Jaisalmer Fort which again is imply breathtaking. It is a huge sandcastle and is also known as the ‘Golden Fortress’. There are also many beautiful Jain temples that you visit where the Jain culture has been preserved well for many years. There are also museums and the beautiful Gadsisar Lake. That completes our Jaisalmer tour and we return to the hotel and rest for the night.

Day 10 : Jaisalmer / Jodhpur

We start off our journey for the Blue City early in the morning and reach the city after 6 hours. We start our sightseeing with the mighty Mehangarh Fortand visit the many lakes as well. Apart from these, we also visit The Umaid Bhavan Palace, Ghanta Tower, Jawant Thada and also the Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park. That completes Jodhpur trip and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 : Jodhpur / Ranakpur

We visit the desert countryside and also the Bishnoi Hamlets, bird rich lakes, Raika Herdsmen, potters, weavers, craftsman and many wildlife habitats. You will be able to buy famous Indian handicrafts from here as well. We reach Ranakpur at night and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 12 : Ranakpur / Udaipur

After seeing the Ranakpur temples, we drive to the city of lakes or Udaipur. We reach during the evening and relax for the night in a lodge or hotel.


Day 13 : Udaipur

We visit the Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion-ki-bari, City Palace, Nagda and Eklingji. Spend the night the hotel.

Day 14 : Udaipur / Delhi

We catch the flight to Delhi where our representative meets you and transfers you to your hotel where you stay for the night.

Day 15 : Delhi / onward destination

We transfer you to the airport where you catch the connecting flight to your next destination.
